How to register for RegData

Accessing RegData 

We are simplifying the way you access FCA systems. As a result, you will use the same login credentials for RegData and Connect[1]. Connect is the system to submit applications and notifications to the FCA. Your email address and password to access RegData will be the same as your Connect account.

Principal user

If you did not complete the required steps in Gabriel to gain RegData access over the past year, you will need to register on RegData following the journey to ‘add your first principal user’ below.

Firm user

If you are unsure whether you completed the necessary steps and are a RegData user, please ask the Principal User at your firm to check if you are listed as an active user on RegData. The Principal User can check this on the Manage Users screen. If you are not listed as an active user on RegData, please ask the Principal User at your firm to add you as a new user.

Adding your first Principal User as a newly authorised firm

Firms who have been newly authorised who would previously have registered for Gabriel, will now be required to submit their information via RegData. Read more in our user guide for how to register for RegData as a newly authorised firm[2].
