Multilateral and bilateral Memoranda of Understanding and agreements we have signed.
These agreements help us to cooperate and exchange information with other regulators. Working with our overseas counterparts helps us meet our objectives, tackle shared risks and supervise cross-border firms effectively. The list below is not exhaustive and some agreements are confidential.
MoUs are also required under certain regulatory frameworks. In addition to the list below, we have published a list of agreements made in relation to national private placement regimes (NPPR)[1] as a requirement of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD).
