We held our Innovation Open Day in July 2022 which set out our roadmap for the future of our Innovation department and plans to support responsible innovation within the industry.

Our Innovation department’s ambition is to act as a key enabler for the delivery of the organisation’s strategy which seeks to reduce and prevent serious harm, set and test higher standards, and promote competition and positive change.
During July's event we highlighted changes we have made over the last year and showcased how our innovation agenda will support the next generation of financial services. We also announced an upcoming Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Innovation Spotlight, shared our plans to set-up an innovation industry advisory panel and to pilot a new Policy Sandbox.
We will also host an Authorised Push Payment Fraud TechSprint[1] on 27-29 September 2022.
