Please find in Annex A[1], a list of all firms currently authorised with one or more claims management permissions.

Question 2

The FCA does not hold information falling within the scope of this question. Where we identify a company that may be providing regulated claims management services without appropriate authorisation, we will contact the company and investigate further.

Question 3

Please find in Annex B[2], a list of firms who currently have temporary permission to provide claims management services.
