- I will be grateful if you can provide me with your data regarding the number of prosecutions for insider dealing resulting from the information you received based on your Suspicious Transaction and Order Reports (STORs) from 2017 to 2020.
- I will also like to know the breakdown of such prosecution with respect to insider dealing resulting from reports you received in respect of Commodities trading, Equities trading, and Fixed income trading for each of the years specified above (2017 to 2020).
- Finally, I will be grateful if you can let me know the outcome of each prosecution and the related financial penalties if any.
