How to send documents to us securely using the Electronic Submission System (ESS).

Access the Electronic Submission System[2]
New users: Submit an online registration request[2] (select 'Register for System Access'). You must register on an individual basis using your corporate email address – this will be your username when logging on to the new system.

Multi-factor authentication
We’ve strengthened how you log into ESS to further protect and control access to our data. You now need to enter a one-time passcode each time you log in. See our resource page[4] for more information.
