On 19 June 2024, PCF Bank Limited (PCF), together with its subsidiaries PCF Credit Limited and Azule Limited, entered into creditors' voluntary liquidation. Peter Dickens and Edward Macnamara of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) were appointed joint liquidators.
PCF made the decision to cease trading and wind down its operations in 2021. As PCF is no longer trading, all deposits have already been returned to customers.
As part of the wind down process all loans were transferred to other organisations between 2021 and 2023.
If you have any questions regarding your loan, please contact the joint liquidators:
- via their website[1]
- by email
Some customers have complained to PCF about potentially being overcharged on their car loans[2]. This type of borrowing is not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
The joint liquidators will be providing further details about how complaints will be dealt with.
If you think you may have been overcharged on your car loan, you can also complain to your broker (the person that arranged your loan, for example, your car dealer).
If you have a live complaint with the Financial Ombudsman Service, you can contact them on 0800 023 4567 to find out more.
