Once a quarter, we consult on proposed miscellaneous amendments to our Handbook. These tend to be minor changes but we still want to get your feedback on our proposals.
Insertion of ‘B fee-block’ into FEES 3 Annex 9R(1)(a) and deletion of FEES 3 Annex 9(1)(e) to allow Special Project Fees for restructuring (SPFRs) to be chargeable to firms in the B fee-block in the circumstances set out in FEES 3 Annex 9R(2).
