For 2015 H1 the data now includes Sainsbury’s Bank Plc; their data was not included in the previous publication due to this firm changing its financial year from 1 January to 31 December to 1 March to 28 February. Complaints reporting is aligned to each firm’s financial year, so the current published data for this firm includes complaints numbers from 1 July 2014 to 28 February 2015, covering an eight-month period instead of the usual six months.

2014 H2 (30 March 2015)
Firm-level complaints data 2014 H2[19] (XLSX)
A new product group category of ‘Banking and credit cards’ replaces ‘Banking’. This change results from our regulation of consumer credit including second charge loans from 1 April 2014 following the transfer of the regulation of consumer credit from the OFT to the FCA.
For 2014 H2 the data excludes Sainsbury’s Bank Plc due to this firm changing its financial year from 1 January to 31 December to 1 March to 28 February. Complaints reporting is aligned to each firm’s financial year, so data for this firm will be included in the next publication for the first half of 2015 and will include complaints numbers between 1 July 2014 to 28 February 2015, covering an eight-month period instead of the usual six months.
For 2014 H2 we are publishing two sets of data for One Call Insurance Services Limited due to a change in their financial year. The data covers 2 January to 1 July 2014 and 1 May to 31 October 2014.
