RegData is our data collection platform for gathering regulatory data from firms. It replaced Gabriel and makes it easier to submit your firm's data. Find out how to use the system.
Registering a Principal User
Once your firm has been authorised, you will be able to register a Principal User in RegData[1]. The Principal User will be able to set up and manage other users, as needed. Watch our short video[2] or read our user guide[3] on how to register a Principal User as a newly authorised firm.
Multi-factor authentication
We’ve strengthened how you log into RegData to further protect and control access to our data. You now need to enter a one-time passcode each time you log in. See our resource page[5] for more information.
Using RegData
You can use the RegData system to:
- submit regulatory data
- view a tailored schedule of your reporting requirements
- view all your submissions in one place
- print data items
RegData is built with more flexible technology so we can fix issues faster and continue to improve the user experience.
If you are trying to submit applications or notifications (eg, New Authorisations or Registrations, Variation of Permissions, update or attest to your firm details) you will need to use our Connect[6] system.
Resources
Refer to our resources[7] page for user guides and explainer videos to guide you through every aspect of the system.
