Regulated firms, and organisations like lawyers, auditors and event organisers are not permitted to use the FCA logo on any of their documentation, promotional material or websites.
Use of our logo, disclosure and photos
Use of the FCA logo is not permitted - this includes firm’s mandatory regulatory status disclosure as set out in Chapter 5 of our Handbook.
If you are dual regulated the required disclosure is ‘Authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority’. If you are only regulated by us, the required disclosure is ‘Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority’.

The FCA logo shown above has been in use since April 2017. We no longer use the old logo on communications.
