In July 2022, we’re taking responsibility for regulating the pre-paid funeral plans sector. If you provide or sell funeral plans, you need to be preparing now for FCA regulation. This webinar will help funeral plan intermediaries understand what FCA regulation means for you and how to get ready.
Funeral plan intermediaries are firms that advise customers on funeral plan contracts or arrange them for customers – this includes funeral directors and will writers.
We will explain the rules we have published in our Policy Statement and set out what you need to do and when. There will be an opportunity for us to answer your questions. Please pre-submit your question when you register or ask it via the chat box on the day.
We will be inviting funeral plan providers* to roundtables separately. If you are a funeral plan provider and your firm has not received an invitation, please email [email protected].
