Agreements made under ss. 71-74 of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (SOCPA) by the FCA.
I would like to have a set of specific, discrete data, please:
(i) How many 'full immunity notice' agreements were made by the FCA under s.71 SOCPA for the time period 1 April 2019 to 30 September 2019 and for the time period to 1 October 2019 to 31 March 2020?
(ii) How many 'restricted-use undertaking' agreements were made by the FCA under s.72 SOCPA for the time period 1 April 2019 to 30 September 2019 and for the time period to 1 October 2019 to 31 March 2020?
(iii) How many 'co-operating witness' agreements were made by the FCA under s.73 SOCPA for the time period 1 April 2019 to 30 September 2019 and for the time period to 1 October 2019 to 31 March 2020?
(iv) How many 'sentence review' agreements were made by the FCA under s.74 SOCPA for the time period 1 April 2019 to 30 September 2019 and for the time period to 1 October 2019 to 31 March 2020?
