  1. The number of ELTIF [ie. European Long-Term Investment Fund] applications received since 2015 – please can you provide a monthly breakdown of applications from the last seven years.
  2. The number of ELTIF authorisations received since 2015 – please can you provide a monthly breakdown of applications from the last seven years.
  3. The number of LTAF [ie. Long Term Asset Fund] applications received since November 2021 - please can you provide a monthly breakdown of applications since then.
  4. The number of LTAF authorisations since November 2021 - please can you provide a monthly breakdown of applications since then.

FCA response:

In question 2, you ask for ‘The number of ELTIF authorisations received since 2015’, however, as we would not receive authorisations, we believe this is a typo and have interpreted this to mean ‘the number of ELTIF authorisations since 2015’.

In relation to your request, we can confirm that we have not received any ELTIF or LTAF applications as at 14 July 2022. Therefore, we also have not authorised any such applications.
