I would like information about your appointed representative application process over the last 18 months.

1. How many application have you received in each month that are allocated to both your standard and non-routine processes;
2. How many applications do you process in a month for both standard and non-routine applications;
3. How many applications sit in your standard and non-routine queues per month for both types;
4. What is the average time for processing both sets of applications over the 18 month period;
