I would like to know how many Unexplained Wealth Orders have been applied for by the FCA since they were introduced in January 2018, and how many of those applications were granted. If it is not possible to answer the first part of the request, please focus on answering the second part.
FCA response:
The FCA has not applied for any Unexplained Wealth Orders since 31 January 2018. However, the FCA makes full use of other powers available to it under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.
