Please provide me details of any unexplained wealth orders issued since they became part of law by your department.
FCA response:
We can disclose that the FCA does not issue Unexplained Wealth Orders (UWO). Such Orders are issued by the High Court on application by the FCA.
The FCA has not applied for any Unexplained Wealth Orders since 31 January 2018. However, the FCA makes full use of other powers available to it under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.
