FCA classified information

We operate an information classification and handling scheme which covers 4 distinct categories of information: Public, FCA Official, FCA Sensitive and FCA Secret.

Where you have received any FCA material marked Public there are no limitations on the use, storage or redistribution.

Where you have received information which is marked FCA Official, FCA Sensitive or FCA Secret you must not redistribute this information without the explicit authority of the FCA. It must be stored in a secure manner which restricts unauthorised or inappropriate access and it must be destroyed or deleted when it is no longer required.
