London Court Limited enters liquidation

On 15 July 2024, London Court Limited (LCL) appointed Rehan Ahmed and Tauseef Rashid of Quantuma Advisory Limited (Quantuma) as joint liquidators.  

LCL (firm reference number (FRN) 146522) has entered creditors’ voluntary liquidation.

LCL is a regulated firm that acted as the bond administrator and Individual Savings Account (ISA) manager for a number of bonds via the ‘My Investment Hub’ platform.

On 22 August 2023 we placed restrictions on LCL which prevented it from conducting regulated activities for new clients or new investments.

On 15 July 2024 the director of LCL appointed Rehan Ahmed and Tauseef Rashid of Quantuma as joint liquidators to wind up the firm for the benefit of its creditors.

To explain what this means for investors, the joint liquidators will be writing shortly to all those who bought a bond via LCL or the ‘My Investment Hub’ platform.
