This data shows the number of people that visited our website, called our helpline and contacted us on social media during the two-year campaign. The data provides useful insight into how many people our campaign prompted to find out more about PPI via FCA channels. It also shows how satisfied they were with the services we provided.
We published a report in October 2018 updating on the progress of the campaign and supporting supervisory work. The report includes data on consumers’ actions and outcomes, as well as campaign key performance indicators.
A final report will be available by the end of financial year 2019/20 providing a definitive review of the impact of our measures.
