On 13 June 2019, Pentagon (UK) Limited and Atlantic Finance (UK) Limited were placed into administration by KPI (Nominees) Limited, who hold a charge over these firms.
Mr Stephen Katz and Mr Paul Appleton, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners from David Rubin & Partners, have been appointed as joint administrators, to manage the firms’ business and affairs.
The companies provide debt management services to the UK consumer market. Following the appointment of administrators the firms will not be taking on any new customers. The administrators will conduct an orderly wind down of the business and sale of the assets and start the process of identifying all creditors, in accordance with their statutory obligations. The administrators will continue to work closely with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as the administration process progresses, supporting customers where possible during this period. The administrators have written to the customers of both firms directly to notify them of their appointment and provided information as to what happens next. Debt management plans will continue to be administered and payments distributed to creditors until further notice.
Fresh Start (UK) Debt Management Limited has entered into an agreement with both firms to take over the administration of existing debt management plans. Fresh Start (UK) Debt Management Limited have contacted customers directly to let them know. If you are a previous customer of either firm and have not yet received contact from Fresh Start (UK) Debt Management Limited you should contact the firm to discuss your debt management plans and payments by calling 01482 534 945 or by email at [email protected].
