We publish our final 2021/22 regulated fees and levies including feedback on CP21/8.

16 July 2021 update: We published an updated version of PS21/7 with an amended fees and levies rates instrument in Appendix 1. Under FEES 7A Annex 3R the amended instrument correctly states the 2021/22 levy rate for the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) pensions guidance levy (PGL) for the A.4 insurers life fee-block as £37.80. The original instrument incorrectly stated £17.01. The same error occurred under FEES 7C Annex 3R covering the MaPS PGL for the temporary permissions regime. MaPS is referred to in the fees rules as the Single Financial Guidance Board (SFGB).

How to calculate your fees

Firms can use our online fees calculator to calculate their individual fees based on the final rates in this PS. This includes FCA periodic fees and the Financial Ombudsman Service, MaPS, Devolved Authorities and illegal money lending levy final rates in Appendix 1 (where applicable) of this PS.

The fees calculator will also cover PRA (where applicable) fees and Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) levies.

What we will now do

We will invoice fee-payers from July 2021 onwards for their 2021/22 periodic fees and levies.
