What we are consulting on this quarter
Proposed changes:
- Insertion of ‘B fee-block’ into FEES 3 Annex 9R(1)(a) and deletion of FEES 3 Annex 9(1)(e) to allow Special Project Fees for restructuring (SPFRs) to be chargeable to firms in the B fee-block in the circumstances set out in FEES 3 Annex 9R(2).
- FSMA 2023 introduced a new regime for the oversight of critical third parties (CTPs) including enforcement powers. This chapter proposes a new Statement of Policy (SoP) setting out our approach to using these enforcement powers.
- Amendments to the Training and Competence sourcebook.
